Speedgear EPX LS
Speedol Speedgear EPX LS is an extra high performance automotive locked type differential gear oil specially formulated for limited-slip differentials with the blending of high quality paraffinic base oils and special additives.
Usage
It is recommended to be used in heavy duty limited-slip differentials API GL-5 performance level required, in gearboxes of passenger and heavy-duty vehicles, in heavy duty differentials, axles and final gears where extreme pressure and shock loads are expected. Not suitable for transmissions where engine oil or automatic transmission oils are recommended.
Properties
- Excellent frictional properties: It provides effective limited-slip performance
- High Heat and Oxidation Durability: It extends gear and bearing life as a result of less carbon deposit formation.
- Flow Characteristic at Low Temperature: Facilitates rudder movements because flow is good even at low temperatures. It provides an easy start-up.
- Excellent Resistance to Rust and Corrosion: Provides superior protection at high temperatures and prevents wear and corrosion. It reduces maintenance costs.
- Foam Stability: Protects the lubricating film at operating temperatures and prevents corrosion.
- Superior Film Layer Activity: Prevents corrosion by forming a film on the metal surface with the corrosion additive contained in it. It lowers operating costs.
