SEMI SYNTHETIC CUTTING FLUID HX (CNC)

Usage 

In the rough and precision machining of metal materials, single and multi-head automatic or CNC machines used in miscible EP (extreme pressure) general-purpose semi-synthetic coolant.

Applications

The grinding of 3%, 5% in cast metal removal, semi-formed emulsion is mixed with water in a transparent color 7% in heavy metal removal. However, the system is used in the emulsion of milk image takes form. It should be added slowly into water that is not very hard/soft and the mixture concentration should be checked with a refractometer. It shows suitability in the preparation of emulsions by using suitability water up to 20 °dH water hardness.
