SpeedTherm DTF/II VG is a long-lasting, high viscosity index paraffinic liquid with superior oxidation properties, used in heat transfer and quenching processes, produced with the addition of specially developed additives to extra refined mineral base oils.
Usage
In circulation heat transfer systems;
- SpeedTherm DTF / II VG 22, up to 285 ° C in closed systems, up to 150 ° C in open systems,
- SpeedTherm DTF / II VG 32, up to 315 ° C in closed systems, up to 180 ° C in open systems,
- SpeedTherm DTF / II VG 100, up to 250 ° C in open systems,
This product is used in the Rubber, textile, plastic industries and petroleum processing systems.
The SpeedTherm DTF / II is particularly suitable for the quenching of a large number of small steel parts within a certain period of time, especially where VG 22 and also VG 32 are required. It eliminates the risk of cracking of the material by providing quenching speed from slow to medium degree and enables it to reach sufficient hardness.
Properties
- Low Evaporation Percentage: The evaporation rate is low.
- Low Temperature Operating Performance: Good low temperature operating performance.
- Long Service Life: Thanks to the advanced additive technology in its content, it provides high oxidation and thermal stability, preventing the formation of residue in the oil and provides a very long working life without viscosity increase.
