SPEEDCOMP VDL GII is a long-life screw compressor oil produced by adding additive package to its group II base oils .
Usage
It is successfully used in the lubrication of screw compressors.
Properties
- High Demulsification Feature: Thanks to the existing demulsification in the oil , the ability to separate from water is perfect.It retains its lubricating properties in a short time by throwing water.
 - Excellent Oxidation Resistance and Foam Control: Thanks to its high oxidation resistance it prevents formation of deposits and viscosity thickening caused by oxidation. It quickly blows out the air inside it to prevent foaming.
 - Superıor Fılm Layer: It forms a film on metal surfaces and prevents rusting of the surface, preventing abrasion .
 - High Dispersant Feature: It prevents the formation of deposits and ensures efficient operation.
 - Continuous Efficiency at High and Low Temperature: It maintains the fluidity at low temperatures and high heat provides efficient lubrication.
 - Long Use Life: Minimum provides 2000 hours of life, with an average life of 4000 hours as long as the conditions are met.
 - Excellent Corrosion Protection: Provides excellent corrosion protection with its strong additive system.
