Cut Fluid SP50
Speedol Cut Fluid SP50 is a high performance microemulsion structured semi synthetic metalworking fluid that can be used in waters up to 50 °dH German hardness that allows tough operations, also recommended for machining all kinds of ferrous alloys, especially aluminum and steel.
Usage
The most appropriate concentration for the process should be determined specifically for the application. The emulsion preparation process should be carried out by adding it to the water mixed in the tank. It is kept between 4-10% for general machining, 7-12% usage for heavy operations. It is recommended to use between 3 and 5% for grinding operations, and between 5 and 10% for other operations, but checks should be made frequently in order not to go below 5%, and attention should be paid to cleaning and replacement periods to keep the pH range between 8.8 and 9.3.
Properties
- Thanks to its excellent lubricating and lubricating properties, it forms a film layer on the cutting tips and on the surface of the machined part, thus minimizing wear and friction at a perfect level.
- The highly effective fungicides and bacterists in its content prevent the product from spoiling and the formation of bad odour, thus prolonging its useful life.
- It does not contain harmful chemicals such as phenol, nitrite, formaldehyde.
- It works stably in a wide range of water up to 50 DH German hardness.
- It does not lose its foam control even in hard waters.
