Frequently Asked Questions

When should antifreeze be used?
Antifreeze's property is to combine with water molecules, causing them to arrange themselves in a specific order and preventing them from freezing. All automobiles and commercial vehicles use concentrated antifreeze mixed with water in specific ratios to protect their engines from freezing, overheating, and corrosion. Antifreeze, commonly known only as a winter protector for our cars, should actually be used year-round, not just in winter. Moreover, in today's engines that reach high operating temperatures, the use of antifreeze is becoming increasingly important, especially during the summer months. If the antifreeze ratio in the mixture is lower than expected during hot summer months, the boiling point of the engine coolant will be lower, increasing the likelihood of the engine overheating.
