SpeedCut SP106 VG
Speedcut SP 106 VG is a light-colored, anhydrous cutting oil containing high pressure additives that can be used generally on steel materials but also on yellow metals. According to its viscosity type, it is the most preferred cutting oil for general use, machining and sliding vending machines.
Usage
- It can be used as cutting oil for sawdust removal of many types of steel includind alloyed steels. High pressure additive, type and quantity are selected properly allowing very high rates of sawdust removal process and thus machine efficiency is increased.
- At the end of a sawdust removal process stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel has a great breaking resistance ensures a bright surface.
- VG 32 and VG 100 numbers can be used on manual machines that are not mass-produced, drilling/hobbing in slow progressing steel.
- In addition to steel, it is also suitable for use on minimally yellow materials such as brass.
- VG 22, VG 15 and VG 10 types are preferred for use in sliding vending machines.
