Gas Engine Oil GII 610
Gaz Motor Yağı GII 610This is a high-performance natural gas engine oil designed for the lubrication of modern, medium-to-high-speed, four-stroke engines that run on fuels containing corrosive materials such as hydrogen sulfide and halogens. The product is a gas engine oil with a unique high alkalinity reserve and medium TBN, designed to counteract the negative effects of these acidic materials on engine parts. This product exhibits a high level of chemical stability and resistance to oxidation and nitration.
Usage
- In engines operating with fuels containing other corrosive substances such as TOHCI (Total Organic Halides as Chloride) in fuel-powered gas engines containing moderate hydrogen sulphide (H2S)
- In gas engines with four-stroke spark ignition with very low lubrication oil consumption,
- In reciprocating compressors operating with natural gas containing sulfur or halogen compounds,
- It is used in high power or natural air suction motors operating at nominal or higher capacity under high temperature.
- It can also be used for lubricating piston compressors used in garbage gas and biogas applications.
Features
- Reduces filter costs.
- Keeps the motor clean.
- It neutralizes the acids formed in the oil.
- Extend oil change intervals.
- Provides high protection against corrosion.
- Provides excellent oxidation and chemical stability.
- Medium TBN and reserve alkalinity.
- Zinc and phosphorus free construction.
