Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy at Koçak Petroleum Products is as follows:

• In all its operations, the company considers people its most valuable asset, and prioritizes creating a safer and healthier working environment, minimizing any potential losses, and continuously improving the process.
• Through the participation of everyone within our organization and our unwavering adherence to established occupational health and safety standards, we encourage the health of our employees and prevent injuries and illnesses.
• Measures are being taken to prevent potential accidents arising from process safety issues, and awareness among our employees, contractors, suppliers, and visitors is being increased through training, awareness, and communication activities.
• By implementing an "Occupational Health and Safety Management System," we ensure the continuous improvement of our systems through periodic reviews and performance monitoring.
• Working safely is a prerequisite for working at Koçak Petrol. Therefore, Koçak Petrol requires all its employees to work safely.
• All managers within Koçak Petrol are responsible for the occupational health and safety of all employees under their management or control.
• To achieve our goal of zero workplace accidents and occupational diseases, risks arising from our operations, new products, and process changes are identified and evaluated, and these risks are eliminated and/or reduced to acceptable levels through ongoing efforts.
• Our organization fully complies with international and national regulations and Koçak Petrol standards.
• By developing Occupational Health and Safety Management Programs, significant occupational health and safety risks are identified and targets for continuous improvement are set.
• All incidents and accidents that occur during our operations or that have the potential to result in injury are investigated, and necessary improvements are made to prevent their recurrence.
• Through information and training programs, all our employees, contractors, and visitors in our areas of operation are equipped with the necessary skills and competencies related to occupational health and safety, and their personal awareness is increased.
