TERMO EPM
TERMO EPM
Thermo EPM is a high-temperature and heavy-duty grease with superior properties, soap-free, clay-based, and containing solid lubricants.
Applications
TERMO EPM is used under heat, medium and low circulation, flat and ball bearing in plain and roller bearings in steel industry, under-sieve cooling fan bearings and conveyor bearings in cement industry, paper industry, drier and rotating steam connections of calendars, in the soil industry, in the bearings and chains of oven converters, in heavy duty machines bearings and piercing crusher bearing. In summary, TERMO EPM is used safely in places where there is high pressure, heat and ambient pollution that other greases are insufficient and where there is no high circulation.
Properties
- High Resistance Feature Against Expansion, Friction and Press: It remains as a membrane that never hardens when exposed to the surfaces and is always soft and resistance to changes such as expansion, contraction, pressure in the surface.
- Operating Performance at Extremely High Temperatures: Insoluble in water and superheated steam. It is resistant to heat. It is partially resistant to acids and bases.
- High Pumpability and Circulation Feature: Because it is semi-fluid, it does not force pumps and increases its circulation ability.
- Anti-Wear Feature: It minimizes maintenance costs by reducing wear. It performs lubricating function.
