SPD 2003 SILICONE GREASE
SPD 2003 SILICONE GREASE
Operating temperature; It is a special synthetic grease paste based on silicone which is between -50 / + 200 ⁰C, used in food packaging machinery, in cold storage tanks, valves, on floors that can be exposed to hot or cold air and used on plastic and elastomer parts exposed to high temperature and cold weather conditions as lubricant and protective.(-50 / + 200) based silicone between ⁰C, a synthetic nature is a special grease paste.
Applications
SPD 2003 SILICONE GREASE is used as lubricant and protective to prevent creak in doors and hinges ,in food packaging machines, to provide movement against freeze and flow in the switches and keys, to prevent freezing between vehicle roving, in cold storage areas, on floors that can be exposed to hot or especially cold weather, in machine apparatus with high temperature system such as oven, in moving parts at very low speed, in parts to provide insulation against electric arc, valves and valves, chains, on hinges, on walking parts at low speed.
Features and Benefits
Multi-Purpose Usage Area: It’s a lubricant, in particular, has a wide range of uses in a protective way from cold, food production and packaging machines, outdoors, in chains, in industrial and house type applications.
Working Conditions in Extreme Hot and Extremely Cold Conditions: It does not encounter dripping and freezing in extreme hot and extreme cold working environments. Thanks to this feature, it meets the needs of cold storage, iron and steel industry and many other areas. It provides high performance lubrication and protection even at high temperatures because it does not drip.
Insulation Property Against Electric Resistance: It can be used in systems where there is electric current because it has the feature of not making arc in electricity.
