Kocak Petrol was founded as a family company in 1989. SPEEDOL USA, which was established in the USA in 1921, joined the organization of Kocak Petrol. Kocak Petrol realizes production domestic which has a production volume of 60.000 tons / year / 1 shift on an area of 14.000 m² in Gebze Pelitli Region, in modern facilities at international standards with the power of 100 years of knowledge and experience, with a full automation system; produces locally high performance lubricants, greases and auto care products for the automotive, industrial, textile, construction, railways, agriculture, metal, energy, plastic, machinery, aviation and defense industry sectors with the brands of Speedol, Rafinol, F6 & Pennantoil.

Today, Koçak Petrol adds value to the country's economy with more than 300 products and more than 700 packaging varieties. Koçak Petrol has TSE & OEM approvals, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Quality and 17025 TURKAK Accredited Laboratory Experiment Competence Certificates.
