SPD Hydraulic N6 Super Clean

SPD Hydraulic N6 Super Clean

SPD Hydraulic N6 Super Clean is a high-performance hydraulic oil blended with high-quality base oils and special zinc-free additives, filtered to ISO 4406 - 17/15/12 (equivalent to NAS 6) to ensure high cleanliness after storage and delivery.

Usage

It is successfully used in all applications requiring wear prevention, superior oxidation performance, and excellent filtration properties in equipment operating in wet and cold environments, and in hydraulic systems. It is particularly used in vane and piston pump hydraulic systems in applications encountering high temperatures. It is compatible with static and dynamic sealing materials such as nitrile, silicone, and fluorinated (Viton) polymers.

Features

  • High Demulsification Capability:
Thanks to the demulsifier it contains, it has excellent water separation properties. It quickly removes water, maintaining its lubrication properties. It is successfully used in equipment operating in wet and cold environments, and in all areas where hydraulic systems are used and needed.
  • Anti-Wear Effect:
Actively performs its lubrication function, protecting the system against wear. Reduces unplanned maintenance downtime and saves on spare parts costs.
  • Excellent Rust and Oxidation Resistance:
Thanks to its high oxidation resistance, it prevents rust, deposit formation, and viscosity thickening caused by oxidation. It ensures a long oil life. With very low soot formation, it provides a cleaner hydraulic system and reduces filter change intervals.
  • Excellent Filterability:
Extends filter life even in the presence of water, saving costs and reducing maintenance expenses.
