WATER EMULSION MOULD OIL (1/5)
Water Emulsion Mould Oil is an emulsion feature product prepared with paraffinic base oils to prevent mold sticking while concrete is poured and to ensure that the concrete is removed from the mold smoothly.
Applications
It is used in metal concrete molds.
Usage
While the mixing ratio with water depends on the user, it is usually 1 unit of oil in 5 unit of water. Emulsion is formed by pouring oil onto the water which is sure to be cleaned. Care must be taken that water and oil form a homogeneous mixture.The emulsion should be prepared daily.
Properties
- Film Layer Creation Feature:It forms a thin film layer in the mold with its low viscosity structure and prevents the concrete from adhering to the mold.
- Proper Surface Creation Feature:It provides smooth concrete surfaces.
- There is No Mold Cleaning Problem:It removes the mold cleaning problem and allows it to be used again.
- Lubricant Property:Due to the good lubrication properties, it prevents rusting of metal surfaces.
- Long Mold Life:It increases mold productivity and life span.
