Protective oil that prevents rusting by oxidation caused by conditions like air, water, moisture during temporary storing at open area or transportation of big sized metal materials and makes film layer on metal surface. Recommended to use of pieces that need to be in closed area for a long time. Especially used for parts left extremely humidified after processing.
Usage
It is successfully applied to all types of iron and steel products during inter-operation storage or shipment to another location.
Instructions for Use:
The surface to be applied is clean and dry, increases the protective effect of protective oil. If the surface is wet, it does not reduce the effect of the protective oil, which has water repellency. Application is recommended by dipping, spraying or brushing. The consumption rate depends on the surface roughness of the metal. Dipping time is best determined by operating conditions.
Cleaning:
Can be purified easily by washing with alkali liquids. If you want to clean DW Rust Preventive from the metal surface, You can use solvent based or alkali cleaner called ‘SPEEDOL BIOSOLV CLEANER SP10’ recommended
