Cotton Picking SP Grease
A semi-fluid lithium soap based grease developed for use in cotton pickers, formulated with extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW), anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives.
Usage
It is suitable for use in cotton picking and other agricultural machines.
Usage Instruction
Due to the use of lubricating grease especially in seasonally hot regions and the high penetration / non-viscous of the product, homogenization may occur in the packaging. For this reason, it is recommended to mix the product with the pump system, if possible, or with the traditional mixing system for three to five minutes before using it.
Properties
- It provides excellent protection against corrosion.
- It has superior oxidation stability.
- It remains on the surface and is resistant to water.
- Thanks to its mechanical stability, it can be pumped easily in the central lubrication system, thus prolonging the life of lubricated parts and reducing maintenance costs.
