Synthetic Turbine Oil S is a premium industrial steam, gas and combined cycle turbine oil for geared turbines.
Properties
- Antioxidant system which will impart extended oxidation life. It also contains EP/antiwear additives which give excellent protection to geared steam and gas turbines. Delivers exceptional resistance to degradation, even under conditions of high oxidative and thermal stress. Excellent results in TOST life test (ASTM D943) demonstrate the potential for Speedol Synthetic Turbine Oil S to offer extended service life, reduced maintenance costs and less downtime when compared to conventional mineral based oil technology.
- Designed to give outstanding demulsiblity performance and turbine oil life.
- Primarily designed for use in hydrotreated base stocks giving excellent oxidative stability and good deposit control, leading to longer fluid service intervals and a reduction in varnish related equipment failures and downtime.
- Includes efficient EP/ antiwear chemisrty for the long life of gearsets and bearings as well as reliable operation of control system in geared and gas turbines.
- Robust rust and anti-corrosion performance for maximum equipment protection
- Includes silicon-free antifoam for excellent foam control, resulting in reliable operation.
