SLK 300 is an anti-corrosive neutral silicone based liquid sealant developed for sealing applications that may be exposed to high temperatures, and can maintain its flexibility at temperatures up to +300°C. Due to its fast drying feature, if the packaging lid is left open, it will freeze/harden, so immediately after application, the grey stopper should be placed on the nozzle and the packaging should be kept closed, away from sunlight and moisture.
Usage Area
It is used for sealing applications which are exposed to high temperature and / or high temperature changes in automobiles, machinery, heating systems, industrial furnaces, chimneys etc.
Usage
Unplug the plastic pin of the adapter. Turn the adapter in the direction of max-min to adjust the output of the silicone. Apply silicone to press the adapter. Remember to attach the gray plug on the nozzle after application.
Properties
- It is resistant to volume loss and cracking at temperature changes between -50°C and +300°C.
- Its special packaging allows you to use silicone without using a gun.
- Does not contain acid and can be applied to sensitive metals.
- It dries with low odor.
- It is pure silicone and does not contain volatile organic oils.
- It has increased oil resistance.
Security Information
The packaging contains non-combustible propellant and is under pressure. Long-term contact should be avoided with the non-dried silicone.
