METAL MOULD LV 106
It is a directly applied mold release oil formulated for use in water-resistant concrete metal molds containing special additives in the construction industry.
Usage
It is used to separate concrete from the mold in many construction sectors, especially in the prefabricated sector and in the production of concrete in bridge piers. It can be easily applied to plywood and wooden molds as well as steel.
Properties
- Film Layer Formation Feature: Prevents concrete from sticking to molds by forming a thin film layer in the mold with its low viscosity structure.
- Smooth Surface Formation Feature: Provides smooth concrete surfaces.
- No Mold Cleaning Problem: Eliminates mold cleaning problem and enables reuse.
- Lubrication Feature: Protects metal surfaces against corrosion and rust thanks to its good lubrication feature.
- Long Mold Life: Increases the efficiency and service life of the mold.
- Safe Use in Hot Environments & Low Consumption: Since it does not contain flammable, odorous solvents (since the flash point exceeds 150C), it does not cause problems such as flame retardancy and volatilization, which increases consumption when applied under the sun and in hot areas, and is ideal for safe use.
